There was a good branch, there were no queues at the cash register, there was a queue for 1-2 specialists, there was a cooler with water and seating for waiting. The specialists are polite, they display currency exchange rates and prices for precious metal bars on a separate screen. Cozy, fast, professional. I was pleased with the visit.

The fact that they are closing today is not indicated anywhere earlier, that they stop buying gold in half an hour, too. I arrived at the department at 16:45, approximately.
