It's a disappointment. There used to be a favorite bank. The department worked clearly and promptly. But over the past year (approximately), the level of service has deteriorated significantly. Only one ticket office is always open. It is problematic to wait for your turn. But the worst thing is that ATMs are constantly breaking down and no one is engaged in their prompt repair. If the ATM broke down on a day off, then you will have to wait until Monday to put money on the card, at best. And if you urgently need money on the card? There are no other bank branches in the city and it turns out that it is not possible to deposit money. Do something about it

It's a nice, pleasant place. You can just go in and sit in silence, feel peace of mind and peace of mind. Nothing that I mean about the bank, apparently this bank is for special visitors who are not visible and they do not interfere with just a casual traveler to relax.
