My favorite bank branch, where you can solve any issues: put cash on the card, replace the card, exchange currency and much more. Friendly staff, comfortable sofas and cool water for customers make the office even more pleasant. Only the sanseverias (plants), which a year or two ago were very decorated in the office, began to clearly need care or transplantation - they look crumpled, battered and hang sadly

Disgusting. Just a few numbers: I came here at 13:30. I took the number s11. I sat for half an hour and left because I already had to be in another place at 14. I arrived again at 17:30. I took the number s22. I'm standing in line here and I'm thinking: zvezdets... there are 2 specialists working and in 4 hours they served only 11 people, or what? That is, for each client it is almost 45 minutes... I kept a deposit here. But after sitting in such queues three times, I realized that I would not carry money here anymore.
