I understand that it is difficult to work at night, but you can choose a job, and once the choice is made, then work as expected.

I want to leave only one star. According to the prescription, it was Mistral that was needed, but they gave Stimulotone. Unfortunately, I didn't check it right away, but just left. They should have given exactly the medicine that the doctor prescribed, but in the end they gave what was more expensive. The operator referred to the impossibility of returning even with a check, despite the fact that the Mistral was available.
I will send a photo of the receipt and a full description of the situation to the Ministry of Health. If I came for a prescription medicine, I don't need an analogue.

08.05.2024 visited this pharmacy to purchase a medicinal product. A young girl was talking on the phone and pointed her finger at the electronic queue machine. Taking the coupon, she waited for the end of the conversation and the invitation of the pharmacist, announced the name of the necessary lek.sr-va. The girl went to the pharmacy, searched, then went (apparently) I went to the warehouse, asked for help from my colleagues, but still found it.... She took a large amount and brought it to her workplace. To my question " Whose drug is this ", I received the answer that it is Belarusian. She clarified whether there is no Belarusian.... to which she received in response a dissatisfied face, "clucking" and "THERE IS".
By asking the girl what's wrong?!!!! I got an answer..." Why didn't you say so right away?!"
Seriously?!!! Actually, why didn't you ask right away?!!
There were no such situations in this pharmacy before! Andrey and Veronika are excellent specialists! Polite, competent, always prompt and advise!
I think that it is necessary to have a conversation with a young specialist and teach him how to work with people! And leave your "Fee" outside the pharmacy door
