Today I came to the pharmacy for diclofinac.
Not only does the pharmacist not know the full effect of the drug and, when asked to point to analogues, she said: "I don't know," she also allowed me to say, I quote: "you will crouch and die at home." I think that such a statement is not permissible in relation to customers!
She behaved rudely for no reason.
Unfortunately, due to confusion, I did not find out the girl's first and last name, I am unlikely to go there again. The opinion about the pharmacy is completely spoiled because of such an "employee"…
Unfortunately, this item clearly does not attract a pharmacy, only a kiosk. Naturally, the assortment is tailored to the visitors of the shopping center, who may need something urgently. No complaints about the staff: they are tactful and friendly!
