We stopped in Belez at the end of our trip to India in order to take a break from the endless flights and excursions in our Delhi-Arga-Jaipur-GOA combo tour. We arrived at the brand new airport on a domestic flight, we received our luggage quickly, the road to the hotel flew by unnoticed, we were greeted with welcome drinks at the hotel and we left our suitcases at the reception and went to explore the area.
WiFi works great throughout the hotel and even in some places on the beach, upon arrival we were connected to a common one, and after check-in we were given an individual room for each.
The hotel is simply surrounded by greenery, everything is very atmospheric and tastefully decorated. The territory is very clean, the workers are constantly cutting something, sweeping, washing, changing the decor (the hotel is a favorite of Hindus, there were two weddings on our vacation) they work like bees. The staff is incredibly customer-oriented, they try to fulfill every wish as quickly as possible. We were at the hotel for breakfast, I will not list what they treat, I will say this, the hotel has European and local menus, and if the dish is spicy, it is marked SPICY, all your wishes will be taken into account when cooking. Breakfast is served from 8.00 to 10.30. In the room there is a kettle, tea, coffee, cream, 2 bottles of water, a mini bar for a fee (we did not use it because the prices are not very affordable – everything is much cheaper in the shakes on the beach and the price on the menu is final, the hotel writes the price, and then some taxes are added, but all according to checks) towels, bathrobes, slippers, everything for personal hygiene, I want to mention the wonderful hotel cosmetics. Everything is regularly replenished, the cleaning is on the level. Once we had a do not disturb sign on, so they put a note under our door apologizing for not removing it. There is a spa and massage on site. Beach towels are provided at the pool (the water is clean and cool) and at the exit to the beach next to the beach bar, which is accessed by a stunning bamboo alley. On the right hand, the necks are closer than on the left, the price is plus or minus the same, the difference in service and serving dishes, we stopped in our choice at Little Palm shack, whether the guy is just a godsend, understands and speaks Russian perfectly, is always welcoming and courteous. We were in the neck on the left "at Misha's" I don't remember the name, but it's a long way to go. In general, they are fighting for customers, and there were 14 of us in the company. We walked along the beach to a local village, in addition to a huge bag for a penny of fruit, I bought myself a ring with Citrine to order from a local jeweler Imran (he brought the finished ring himself to the hotel, two days later) In general, I liked everything, the weather was fine, the hotel was wonderful, as was the service, it was delicious, fun and comfortable for us in GOA, I don't understand why this direction is not in demand.
We are delighted with the hotel and its location. The hotel itself is very beautiful, well cleaned, and the breakfasts are delicious. One drawback is the constant weddings, but it didn't bother us, on the contrary, it's interesting)))
A 4-plus hotel.rooms are cleaned on request, not every day.But it's good.the territory is super, albeit small.sun beds with umbrellas are available at all times. The massage is on4, not hard.A huge empty beach with a lifeguard. There is NO currency exchange, dollars are not taken into account. This does not correspond to what is written in the hotel services.Other than that, everything else is acceptable by Goa standards very much.
