walking along the embankment near the hotel, I noticed this beautiful tower, which looks spectacular as a white cube against the background of shallow water. The entrance was already closed, and I admired it only from the outside before going further to the memorial to the fallen soldiers. I wouldn't go on purpose, but it's not bad for an evening walk. Although I first saw her back in the 13th year, it's still nice to admire her.
First time in Lisbon. It is very interesting and informative. The tower is one of the most interesting sights of the city. Only parking can be a problem, there are a lot of people.
The Belem Tower is a fortification of the beginning of the XVI century. One of the unconditional symbols of the city and the most interesting viewport. Unfortunately, because of the huge queues, it is very difficult to get there - you can stand in line for about an hour. Therefore, if you do not have enough time, I would recommend limiting yourself to an inspection of the tower from the outside.
