We used the services of this tour agency on 09/28/24. Sightseeing tour of Antalya. When ordering an excursion, I asked 2 times in correspondence whether there would be a Russian-speaking guide? And twice I was convinced that yes, it would be. As a result, when the guide met, it turned out that he did not know a word of Russian!!! The tour announced a visit to the old town, but the guide took them to the shops, having previously designated a meeting at a certain place in an hour and a half.I just had to go through these shops, wasting my time. I took an educational tour, because I was with a child of 11 years old. As a result, we got a bazaar with rags. I do not advise Russian tourists, you will not receive a word of translation. Collecting money!!!

We used the agency's services in June 23rd. We booked excursions in advance, asked a lot of questions. We received assurances that everything would be fine. On the first tour (sightseeing tour of Antalya and its surroundings) we found ourselves in a group where there is not a single Russian speaker!!! I immediately wrote to the chat and received assurances that there would definitely be a guide with knowledge of the Russian language. Nothing like this happened and we had to work hard all day to get information about the sightseeing sites. It's not bad, of course, to refresh your knowledge of English, but it should happen according to your desire, not like this. I would also like to say that what is stated in the tour program on the website is poorly consistent with reality. And it depends on the guide's wishes. And the guide wants to take you not to the sights, but to the hustles and shops ((( It has always been like this, but to be so frank, for the first time. When we asked about visiting the old town, for which we went on this tour in general, we were told that if we wanted, we could go there ourselves while everyone else in the bazaar was shopping ...
Now about the second tour. Demre-Mira Kekova. The organization of the tour leaves much to be desired. First, you will be picked up for breakfast at around 9.00. And already at 11 they will bring you for lunch. No one cares if you're not hungry. But then you'll drive hungry until late at night. But that's okay, it's nothing. It's not for the sake of the stomach that people go on such excursions. We had a guide, Aladin (I don't seem to confuse anything and that was his name). A guy from the post-Soviet space, not a Turk. He allowed himself to make remarks like "yes, these are the Russians" and the like. Efes beer also got it, as did the Russians. He called him a slop. I think it would be very interesting for a robot creator to learn about such a loyal character. We just didn't want to spoil the mood for ourselves and the rest of the tourists, but we wanted to tell him what we were thinking. We limited ourselves to leaving reviews on the Internet to pacify this ***. Concluding this review, I want to say that I DO NOT RECOMMEND using the services of this agency. There are many others in Turkey who are more responsible and loyal. Do not spoil your impressions of this vibrant country. Guide Aladin in the photo.
