Hello, we were in your store today. The seller punched the notebook and it turned out to be 1 RUB more expensive. I would buy it, even for 5 rubles more expensive, because the child liked the notebook and now it's not about pricing.I understand everything-the workload of the staff, a large flow of people, a lot of deliveries, the school season. but!!!! Until I pointed out the price discrepancy myself, the seller, as if nothing had happened, remained silent. This 1 rub was not important to me at all, but why did the seller not warn before punching the product that the price had changed, but only after my remark the seller said that there was a revaluation and they did not have time to redo the prices. but!!!! This is only after the check has been completely broken through and only after my indignation why the price does not match the one indicated on the price tag. Before punching the check, in this situation, I should have been warned that the store was being revalued and the price might not match, but by law they had to sell at the price indicated on the price tag. I ask you to inform your employees of the Rules of trade, as well as to study the Law on Consumer Protection.
