In September, we visited the BelAZ factory as part of an excursion, the factory guide told us everything in great detail about mechanical engineering, walked through the factory workshop, the museum and the souvenir shop, bought something, took pictures, you can climb some equipment for photos, if you want, you can ride a sooo big KAMAZ for a fee, in general, I liked everything, the tour is impressive, they gave me a souvenir car as a keepsake, it's very nice

We were on excursions, booked in advance. A very good impression, a huge company, clean and well maintained! First there was a museum, where we were told and shown everything in detail. There are a lot of documents and exhibits. And of course the observation deck is something!!! You can take pictures of everything, climb on cars, on these monsters!!! Well done Syabry!!!

We went on a trip with the class . The children were very impressed by the scale of the machines and the factory itself . We had a very interesting guide , who was able to easily attract the attention of all 44 guys . The museum inside is very neat and modern. We visited the workshop of the plant, after which we went on a sightseeing tour of the sites. To see the scale of these machines was something extraordinary. We climbed on them , took pictures and got a lot of positive emotions. At the end of the tour, the children received a small plastic BELAZ and a coloring book. Who hasn 't been recommended yet .

Only positive impressions from this plant. At the beginning there was an interesting tour of the museum, then a visit to the souvenir shop, combined with the grocery department, where you could get a snack. Then we moved closer to production, watched the assembly process of the cars, had the opportunity to take pictures with Belaz in our free time and even go for a ride.

A grandiose technique. An impressive tour! You need to see it with your own eyes.
They drove to BELAZ purposefully. You need to sign up for the tour at least a month in advance. Places on the tour are limited and they are dismantled smartly. The tour itself is organized very well. Minimum expectations, maximum spectacles. The guide tells a lot and knowledgeably. And about the history of the plant, and about current affairs, and about the life of employees, and answers questions willingly. We visited a museum, a conveyor belt and an exhibition of equipment. We climbed onto the largest dump truck in the world.
It is worth coming to Belarus for this tour alone.

I was on an excursion - I really liked it! They tell an interesting story, a very clean area, a beautiful museum. The tour lasts 1.5 hours - they take you to the museum, to the production workshop, to the site with equipment. You can take pictures and study the technique. We visited a souvenir shop with a good assortment of branded goods and a buffet. I learned a lot of interesting facts about Russian technology. I recommend you to visit.

We took an excursion to the factory from a local tour operator, it was expensive, but due to the circumstances at the factory itself we did not have time to book an excursion (for the planned date it is necessary to book 3-4 weeks in advance). I liked everything, the tour lasted 2 hours, everything was clear and to the point, all the questions were answered. Riding a 90-ton quarry dump truck is a separate delight! At the end of the tour there are small souvenirs, which is also very nice! + excursions from the tour operator are the way back and forth, a lot of things were told, as well as all questions were answered!

A bad tour, there are no words for others. Yes, I also called the factory, they don't have any places, so I called the travel agency, of course there is. Why? But because the plant has time allotted for travel agencies. It takes almost an hour to drive from Minsk to the city of workers and the Zhodino plant and an hour back, the tour is only 4 hours, they didn't feed anywhere and there was no opportunity, so take it with you. Along the way, the guide told the story of all the places along the way, it was interesting. Then, on the territory of the factory, we were handed over to another local guide.There were about 40 of us.There was a museum, one workshop, nothing was heard in the workshop, only those who were in a tight place heard, and nothing could be photographed or filmed, a mystery!They showed a little bit of the local fleet of several Belaz trucks, large and small, so that they could take pictures only from the outside. For the same fee as a guided tour, you will be taken for a ride on Belaz. 90 rubles / person the cost of an excursion to Russian is about 2,700 rubles / person, i.e. it is clear that it is very expensive for a family, the same amount if you wanted to shake, well, as if you could not hear anything), but what is most important and the only thing I heard that Belarusians buy all the components, companionable parts, and rubber, and sheets of steel, all from abroad. They only assemble and sleep at the factory!) Then my interest disappeared and disappointment came!Naturally, no one will show the technology and the process, and the cost, but the workshops are clean, credit!)They are cool in my eyes, all by themselves, but here on. On weekends, the tour desk does not work, no one picks up the phone, they do not answer the mail, they are stuck in the last century!
For a call, all the numbers are Belarusian, there is no whatsapp, in 25 seconds of playing a recording with information that they do not work, they tore off 99 rubles for a call!
Local travel agencies have lost money, an excursion at the factory costs 30 bel.rub., and they charge from 70 bel.rub.!!

Сегодня посетили завод Белаз всей семьёй. Остались в полном восторге. Огромные машины, отличная организация, все быстро, чётко, не было времени скучать. Экскурсоводу Ольге отдельное спасибо!!! Очень интересно, непринуждённо и доступно для всех рассказала о машинах и предприятии. Несмотря на то, что группа была очень большая, было весело и комфортно. Рекомендую экскурсию, впечатления незабываемые!

We came to Belarus for a week, we planned to visit this plant, looked at ticket prices and how it works. We arrived from Minsk to the factory at 06.04 12.00 went to the entrance and it turns out that the excursions are only by appointment, although only the price list and how it works on the official website. I called the internal number and was told that there are no places for 06.04 and there are no dates when you can sign up too. There were 4 of us on the banner below there is actually an inscription that you need to make an appointment in advance and call a Belarusian number, how we should find out and call a Belarusian number from Russia remains a mystery, there is nothing on the site except the price list and opening hours. I give 1 star for the service and attitude to the guests.

Since childhood, I dreamed of seeing Belaz, and by the age of 40, the dream has been fulfilled. We arrived without signing up, I do not recommend taking any chances, we were lucky, the group was small, we were taken. 1.5 hours of guided tours in one go. The scale is impressive. 30 white rubles adult, children from 7 years old 20 rubles. At the end, a nice gift. The souvenir shop is impressive, even the covers on the notebook with the logo are there. Thanks to our guide Marina) . The theater starts with a hanger, and the factory starts with a walk-through )

We were on an excursion in September 2023. A total of 4 people came on the tour: us and another couple. The tour was conducted for 4 people. They presented a toy dump truck, showed giant cars. One of them can be climbed and photographed. The only disadvantage is that we were not given a ride on BelAZ, referring to the fact that the plant is preparing for the anniversary celebration, and all cars are in service. I think we could have allocated one for tourists, or warned them in advance. I signed up in advance and said we wanted to go for a ride.

I would like for Russian tourists to be able to book directly on the website, because it is very easy to do, you can dial groups right there and that's it! It's very sad that we wasted our time and just came to stand by the fence! They called the internal number, but no one works on weekends! We were at the factory in February 2024. An interesting tour, the cars are impressive, with children it is a great place to spend time.
But there are huge problems with the organization and accessibility for tourists-independent travelers: nothing is clear, we went at our own risk.
As a result, the conclusions:
1. It is better to book in advance, reservations can ONLY be made on weekdays. On weekends, no one just picks up the phone.
2. Theoretically, it is also possible to get on the tour without an appointment. We succeeded, but it's better not to take any chances.
3. Excursions are held every day at standard time (see attached photos). There were a lot of people on the group tour, I think about 50 people. But we were without recording and the guide was with a microphone, so it's normal.
4. it is better to have cash to pay for tickets, then you do not have to stand in line with a card
5. you can get from Minsk by public transport from the Vostok metro station, for 5 bel rubles per person (travel time in one direction is about 45 minutes). We need to go to the Zhodino bus station, we got there and back on the 500e route. It is better to prepare cash to pay for the bus. there are a lot of ATMs in the shopping center near the Vostok metro station-you can withdraw them.
In general, it is necessary to do something with the department of communications with tourists, because it is not so easy to find information on your own, figure it out and get there. Provided that Belaz is a world-famous brand and many people will be happy to see the museum and climb on the car.

Замечательная экскурсия, особенно для тех, кто интересуется достижениями техники. Здесь все очень масштабно: и 9 тысяч сотрудников, и 450 тонн грузоподъемности, и широчайшая география поставок, и огромная производственная территория, где царит полный порядок. Да и сама экскурсия организована очень комфортно и информативно. Мощное предприятие, выросшее из былой мощи СССР.

Был на экскурсии. Очень понравилось, территория Большая, возили на электробусе. Экскурсовод Светлана очень интересно, с увлечением всё рассказывала, всех заинтересовывала, для детей даже отдельные сравнения приводила. Видно, что промышленным туризмом занимаются, есть и фотозоны, и красивый зал с историей предприятия, и видео о его работе. Полазили по рекордсмену 450 тонн нафотографировались от и до, потом ещё и желающие покатались на 45 тонн. Всем очень понравилось, буду советовать, Светлане отдельное спасибо.

Сегодня ездил на экскурсию, очень интересно. Можно залезть на самый большой БЕЛАЗ, за 75 bin вас прокатят пассажиром на БЕЛАЗе. Посмотрите на технику, пройдитесь по цеху, подарят сувенир. Есть сувенирный магазин прямо на территории. Кто увлекается автопромом, очень ценная поездка.

Замечательное место для посещения! Экскурсия очень интересная, экскурсовод великолепный. Столовая при заводе очень вкусная. Очень рекомендую к посещению при визите в Беларусь - такое в жизни точно надо увидеть!

Завод конечно впечатляет, машины это что-то с чем то, мощь! Но вот экскурсия не продумана от начала и до конца, сначала ведут в кассу, где затаривается сувенирами прошлая группа, возможно конечно был выходной (были в субботу) работал один кассир и пришлось выстоять очередь, далее инструктаж небольшой экскурс истории завода, потом обзорная экскурсия по заводу на электробусе. В конце маршрута привозят на площадку где стоят громадины завода, по которым можно полазить и пофотографироваться, и самое интересное, что на этом практически все, люди которые не желают кататься на грузовике ждут тех кто это делает. Когда все покатались 5-7 минут экскурсия по цеху и все. Вопрос, а нельзя провести экскурсию для тех кто не желает кататься отправить домой, а потом это же проделать с «ездунами» очень не удобно, при том, что на улице не май месяц. Не продумано из-за этого только оценка 3, по цене платили 30 бел.руб считаю что цена немного завышена. По сути были почти 3 часа, а экскурсия от силы 1.2-1.4 часа. Так же что важно, заказывали по телефону, не сказали, что можно покататься и если захочется покушать об этом нужно по телефону тоже предупредить заранее, а кушать захочется)

Ездили на завод в майские, много народу, но БЕЛАЗы крутые! Были с ребёнком 2 года, вполне комфортно и интересно. Кстати пытались забронировать экскурсию через оф сайт, там нам сказали ближайшая запись после майских, расстроились, но потом загуглили и нашли турфирмы, которые также предлагают экскурсии, заплатили 70BYN/чел, трансфер из Минска и экскурсия. Приятные впечатления и фотки👍🏻

I bought merch in their online store. Red nubuck boots and a city backpack. The quality is so excellent that my jaw dropped. I've already forgotten that someone is capable of doing such a thing. The backpack is bomb-like, neat, strong, anatomical, a lot of pockets, seams are duplicated under load. The shoes are not killable, the leather is 3mm, the foot sits like a poured.

Безусловно, техника БелАЗ известна всему миру, за это, безоговорочное - 5.
А вот с комьюнити-сообществом - беда. Отклик - нулевой. В группе в vk - люди задают вопросы: как попасть на экскурсию? В ответ - тишина. Информации толком нет никакой. Группа создана, но никем не ведется.
Мы приехали на завод, чтобы попытать счастье и попасть на экскурсию. Итог: нас оправили к листику А4, где хоть какая-то информация. Позвонили по телефону, оказалось, что запись только на следующий месяц и сейчас никак нельзя попасть на экскурсию.
В общем, очень жаль, что не получилось увидеть такую технику вживую. Экскурсия у нас была вдоль забора предприятия - смотрели на БелАЗы на табличках. И конечно же видели памятник рядом с заводом. Еще, нам посчастливилось увидеть за забором хоть один какой-никакой, но БелАЗ.
В общем, организации экскурсий и онлайн-сообществу ставим - 1.
Средний итог, получается - 3.

Отличное место! Был на заводе на экскурсии, по хорошему поражён и заводом и уровнем проведения экскурсии.
Все сделано как на лучших европейский предприятиях, может даже лучше, обязательно к посещению!

Сегодня выгружался в цеху металла.привез из россии металл.даже врагу этого не посоветуеш.семь машин ровно 14часов выгрузка.то у них перекур по часу после каждой машины.то у них обед по два часа.куда смотрит руководство.за что им деньги платят не понимаю.
