I came to make a camber-convergence on the front axle, as a result, almost all suspension parts were sentenced to be replaced, front and rear. In an aggressive manner, in raised tones, they tried to sell me as many unnecessary services as possible. Either you were unlucky with the receptionist, or all the managers there are trained to take as much money as possible from the client.

If the chip of the oil pressure sensor is torn off, it was recommended to overhaul the engine. On Thursday, I stopped by to make a camber-convergence because the inner sides of the wheels began to devour. I was preparing in advance for the fact that I would have to do something about the suspension. But they assured that everything was in order (after their diagnosis) and were already going to do a collapse-convergence (it should be noted that I arrived at 9, and everything dragged on until 12 - well, very slow). I asked them to make a camber-convergence after changing the wheels to smooth rubber, which I had prepared in advance. Made. I was leaving the service station and noticed clicks when turning the steering wheel all the way, but did not immediately attach importance. I drove in the evening and the clicks became more frequent. I contacted them via Viber. They began to claim that this was due to the "non-standard" dimension of the wheels. Although this dimension 205/55R16 is allowed by the manufacturer. We agreed on Friday at 12:00. I arrived, but they were not waiting for me there, they knew that they had agreed, but they did not wait. They began to pull the rubber, although the stand was free. As a result of their inspection, they said that it gave the wedge a support bearing and it was not their fault. 80p was announced for the replacement in the presence of a bearing, but they did not undertake to do it, citing employment. They said they won't say anything about the camber until you change the bearing.
The support bearings, shock absorbers and springs were replaced at another service station. I came to them for a collapse-convergence. The price was again set in full (35p), they did it without diagnostics (they turned the thrust a little bit and clamped it). They didn't even apologize.
BEFORE their first arrival, NOTHING CLICKED. DIAGNOSTICS REVEALED NO PROBLEMS, AFTER THE COLLAPSE, THE DIAGNOSIS WAS NOT DONE - THEY WERE KICKED OFF THE STAND WITH CLICKS AND ASSURE THAT IT WAS NOT THEIR FAULT.
I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST THIS INSTITUTION.

New connectors are not for sale, they sent me to look for them at car disassemblies. After my unsuccessful searches, I called them back and offered to solder the pins. To this I received the answer that such pins do not exist on sale. The 2012 Dodge Journal car. if anything.
The result: two days without a car, minus 90 rubles for
incomprehensible diagnostics and an unresolved problem.
And the cherry on the cake: they asked for another 20 rubles to pay for the fact that they allegedly developed a hood opening bracket. Like it's rusty. I did not pay, I said that it was expensive for a WD))))

As a result: a booster pump, a fuel injection pump, a set of injectors for replacement and no one can say: THE REASON FOR WHAT!!!! They referred to bad fuel (belneftekhim), but it is impossible for everything to break down at once. Two 2/2 teams are working, if the locksmith did not have time to make the car, he will stand outside on his shift. I don't recommend it.
They tried to make a collapse, as a result, they did a descent, but the steering wheel turned to the left, after a test drive they drove again. The second attempt failed. They decided that the locksmith had exhausted his attempts and did not waste time on his training, they left.
