But the most amazing thing in Belarus is that there is no Belarusian money in the bank. And you'll find out about it when you've stood in line for 20+ people. Is it really impossible to put up a sign, there is no money. Cashiers are in a hurry only for a technical break. The rest of the time there is no hurry: "the cashier is asleep" - time goes by. Last visit 28.08. 40 minutes to change money. Of the forty minutes of time, 20 were spent skipping the "queue numbers" who left desperate to wait in line. I came at 13:39, gave out 197 numbers, the scoreboard was ~ 160. As a result, 8-10 people were served to me at most. It is clear from the number of people in the hall that it is nonsense. As a result, it turned out that "dead souls" missed 20 minutes
Maybe the bank itself is not bad, maybe the people work well. Although why maybe it's not bad and the people work well. But this particular department is terrible. A small room, there is nothing to breathe in the heat, there is no air conditioner, 30 degree heat breaks into the room through the open windows. People came, a queue formed, and the person standing at the checkout feels, to put it mildly, not quite comfortable, since people standing next to him are monitoring his actions. Maybe it's better to have a queue outside, and let visitors into the room one at a time?
Good afternoon.A lot of amendments have been made not in the direction of customers.They didn't give me money back because I didn't click the "I want money back" button, it's ridiculous and stupid.The amount of money back this month should have been decent, it was obviously done on purpose, I obviously won't be the only one.Constant queues, at lunchtime, when there is a large influx of people, one cash register is constantly working, the printer with coupons either freezes or does not print.The interest on the money back was reduced to the maximum.I am very disappointed with this bank.I will close the card and say goodbye to them.
