Existing functions in the application are disabled, what needs to be improved is not touched at all, comments in the playmarket are not read and customers themselves ask for what is worth paying attention to, but somehow the ignore wall is turned on from the bank, and this only repels customers... It's time for BNB customers to work and improve, not deteriorate. I would have added a photo, but the bots from bnb disabled the screenshots. I chose and started using another bank, which I advise everyone to do....with the bank 😉
Two cash desks served 3 people for currency exchange for 32 minutes. When the queue came up, there were no more dollars at the checkout, the employee transferred from checkout 1 to the 2nd, which was told to wait and closed 5 minutes later without explanation. Currency cannot be moved from another cash register to an open one. 40 minutes of waiting in line were in vain, avoid this bank.

Everyone comes by appointment via a mobile device, and those who took the ticket in the device stand for several hours.
I don't recommend it.
