I leave a review COMPLAINING about the lack of work organization to study / create and open groups at the Institute of Physical Education in Minsk. For a state institution, this is a big plus to study / improve their qualifications, that there are those who want to undergo retraining, and not listen to refusals, where there is a big minus and the lack of demand to accept those who want to study. Absurd, of course, for 2,800 thousand BEL.rubles, you need to wait until they deign and there will be places next 2025, if there are any more. Why make and introduce innovations in legislation that cannot and cannot provide training for groups/groups to work in an educational institution, if anyone wants to?! For some there are, and for others there are no places, what an absurdity, some kind of retraining to create such conditions of social inequality and absurdity in the 21st century. What's the point of stalling and waiting when the training itself has been going on for almost 2 years?! If you create one, then there should automatically be another, there should be a balance, places should be without problems, and it turns out an embarrassment or a ballast out of the blue...And it's even more enchanting when specialists are sent to undergo training, when they even phoned and sent to study in the Russian Federation or some other country in the world...this is certainly not bad, but a person chooses for himself what is closer, and not to a country that you do not have a relationship with...Think about it...

Put things in order for advanced training for retraining with the Institute of Physical Education in providing places for those who wish, since in the future retraining / advanced training itself will already be possible and more likely to be unclaimed and may not be needed, but at least it will help someone. For example, as statistics show, if they took from 2020 to 2024 and there were previously 6-7 groups and 30 people each, then why is there only one group now, according to the specialist who answered the questions, only on September 26 in 2024 and there are / remain those who wish and I am also refused, where in fact there are places and a priori, you should be unable to cope with the flow for so many years, if it exists at all, where it is doubtful. What is happening in the system and why there is a failure to solve a minor issue and why work is not organized to solve it.
Take action, who solves these issues by deciding to study, note not for free, but for a fee the amount of 2,800 bel.rubles for a full course and this is only 4 times in absentia for 21 months, of which you will only study for a month, so you still need to wait for this insanity for years! What century is this?! Where are the inspection and control bodies and where do they look at what is and is happening in the 21st century at the prestigious University of Physical Education in Minsk. What are the times of the Stone Age? I was supposed to study from September 26, 2024, and now I have to wait for an unknown time and year for some kind of regular retraining, where in fact I will no longer need it with this approach of training, so maybe someone will help in the future, who will study with such conditions, maybe something will change and they will make a fuss for someone to be trained soon, and not such an attitude.
It is not a fact that I will study with such an absurdity, but the review corresponds to its content. We carefully read the review and draw conclusions.
Put things in order at such a cool and high-status university, where they cannot provide tuition for a fee, not for free.
If you cannot provide training, then MAKE and AMEND THE LEGISLATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS or completely remove this quest so that a person has a choice, do not wait so long, you can choose who wants to get a raise and who does not, or just introduce restrictions, etc. then such swings / carousels have been going on for more than one year and it is possible and impossible. I kept a queue for massage courses at BSUFC.
