The perfect place for a wake.
I'll start right away with the advantages: beautiful nature, well-groomed territory. But, perhaps, the advantages end there.
The administration of this territory has never heard the word "Hospitality". We rented 2 houses for 700 rubles for 6 adults and 4 children. But initially, we discussed with the administration that 4 more guests would arrive without an overnight stay, rest the evening in the company and then leave. As a result, about a couple of hours after arrival, outrage began that "extra guests" were not leaving. Pressure began to be put on the "extra guests" to either leave the territory or pay an additional 20p per person.
Swimming pool. Initially, it was discussed by phone a month before arrival that there is a swimming pool on site that can be used. As a result, we all arrived at 13, but the pool was green and dirty. The administration promised to clean it by 5 p.m. As a result, it is the same green, but it also stinks of chlorine. Why it couldn't have been done in advance, knowing that guests would arrive, I don't understand.
Pavilion. We rested on the gazebo. We were provided with a barbecue. There was a cauldron near the gazebo, which we decided to use. The next morning it turned out that it was impossible to take the cauldron without asking, it was necessary to discuss every step with the administration. It is not clear then why the cauldron was in the public domain. And maybe then you had to go and ask for permission to use the toilet and shower? I don't understand this.
Music. We took a large speaker with us, because we planned to dance and sing karaoke in the evening. After all, we almost went to the forest to rest, away from the city) But, the music is strictly until 23 pm, there is an agreement with the neighbors that you can not make noise. And we treat this with understanding. But I was outraged that it was said more with a claim than a usually human request. If you have such rules, where can I read them??? Why are there no rules approved by the estate, certified by the seal of the management? We would love to read them before settling in. Maybe the price for each guest is formed "from the head"? Where is the approved price list that you need to pay extra for everything?
Morning. The next morning, the manager comes and starts yelling for us to wash the cauldron, wash all the dishes, take off all the bedding, take out the garbage from the buckets and shovel it into one bag. Are you guys serious? We washed and cleaned the dishes in the evening, the beds were cleaned in the morning. We took our bags from home for garbage and put everything there, but they are not satisfied. It was necessary to put everything in one big black bag, which they give out themselves. Why make claims ahead of time?! Yes, there were difficulties with Kazan. It's huge and very heavy. No one will carry him into the sink into the house, he will easily crush him. And no one provided us with a hose with water to wash it somehow. If you have a cauldron, then there should be an opportunity to wash it.
But honestly, after all the accusations and scandals, I already wanted to leave there as soon as possible.
All of those present were vacationing on other estates, but this was the first time they had encountered such an attitude.
In general, the service left a disgusting impression. We came to relax and get away from the everyday life of the city, not for a wake. Definitely not worth your money!

У нас с мужем есть неплохой опыт отдыха в агорусадьбах Беларуси. Агроусадьба- отель при всём отличном обслуживании и питании оказалась не нашей историей, в отеле можно проживать, но отдохнуть, как- то не очень... поэтому отдаём предпочтение отдыху в отдельном домике. Покапавшись в интернете, нашла агроусадьбу Гагали. Созвонились с хозяйкой усадьбы, всё распросила, мы любим комфорт, тепло, уют и чистоту, наши предпочтения с хозяйкой совпали. Вообщем, отдохнули отлично. Дом тёплый, на первом этаже полноценная кухня, гостиная с удобным диваном, телевизор, столовая зона с удобными красивыми стульями. На втором этаже спальня с двуспальной кроватью, комод, на полу красивый ковёр, есть кондиционер. Отдельно хочется выделить печь с лежанкой, которая обогревает дом, эту печь делал МАСТЕР!!! Ну и какой отдых без бани? Я совсем не банщик, но муж оценил баню на отлично. Отдельная благодарность смотрительнице )) усадьбы Ольге Андреевне! Вернёмся ли мы опять, да вернёмся и обязательно.

Отмечали Новый Год на этой усадьбе.
Тепло, уют, гостепреимство хозяйка нам обеспечила на все два дня, которые мы провели с огромным удовольствием. Огромное ей спасибо!!!!.
Планируем приехать летом , нам обещали рыбалку.
