I issued a deposit authorization here. First I came, found out from the consultant what was needed for this, told in detail to whom, where and why I needed a power of attorney! The second time I brought all the necessary documents, stood in line and paid for the service! And then it turned out that it was a formalized limitation... It doesn't work!They issued it to me in another system or program, which, as it turned out, is not seen in Vitebsk! So the employees of this department did not apologize for the oversight, they did not want to refund my money for registration! Like you were paying for the service, the cashier was working! What do you want??? Is it okay? The consultant missed something, did not know, was not competent in this matter, the cashier issued it, and I was left in the fools. I spent time, money and nerves on a service that does not suit me and was not originally needed. I do not recommend this place. The department is much better at Shepichi.
