For those functions that are assigned to this point, then everything is gorgeous
Quickly, conveniently.
The staff is 100% in place
They overshadow with their positivity all the disadvantages that may be there
It's warm and cozy. There are no questions about work, everything is fine: they will say hello, smile, change money, I will issue a card, they will issue insurance, they will sell a lottorey, they will accept utilities, they will tell you about other services.
But the queues, taking into account the speed of service, are so-so (4 people, 1 of them to the exchanger and this is 40 minutes).
I would like the management to revise the lunch schedules so that 2 windows would work during lunch hours (shift by half an hour or something), otherwise you may not get to lunch.
On the plus side, there is a coffee machine and a toilet nearby.
I rarely go there. But there were always good, polite staff. And they prompted and showed what was needed. Otherwise, as everywhere else lately. In any branch of the bank, everything is always polite and cultured. Even queues don't bother you. Although you rarely have to wait a long time, everything is usually fast. But I try not to go during busy hours or on payday, when everyone goes to the bank to make all sorts of payments.
