In general, I like Belarusbank and their products and services too. This department is one of the largest. Like everywhere else, there is an electronic queue, a sufficient number of consultants, very friendly (I wonder where people have so much patience from), I have never seen anyone being rude or not helping. During the epidemic, we were even given a mask for free. There are a lot of cash registers. Information kiosks are in great demand, and employees tirelessly provide assistance to customers. The service is as fast as possible, but there are exceptions to the rules.
In any case, I recommend the bank to everyone.
