It is not a big bank, there are two information kiosks where you can put money on the card, one information kiosk is only for payment.As a rule, the queues are quite impressive, especially during the period of payment of utility bills.
The queues are kilometers long, so even when you have to go next in the electronic queue, for unknown reasons, completely different people are called. When I asked why, the employee lied that the computer was supposedly choosing, although I perfectly saw that they were choosing manually, only the queue was shown on the computer. I stood in line for an HOUR!
On the days of payment for communal services or the issuance of pensions / salaries, the cash desks work as on normal days. The situation is developing: a full bank of people, and only 3-4 windows are working.

There you withdraw money and stand in line again for an hour, because the staff is incompetent - deliberately slow, with the claim that you can do it yourself through a quick payment - I pay you a commission for this service and pay money for your work, in addition to the payment itself. The bank manager is not in his place, in Moscow he would not have been imprisoned as a cashier for such a thing
There's a big queue, you stand for half an hour, I understand it's not their fault but the computer's, but not for half an hour or maybe an hour.I don't recommend it
Eternal queues. You often don't understand who is in which queue. They often occupy 2-3 cash desks at once. The electronic queue terminal is very much missing. There are 2 self-service terminals working with cash and cards. And one is purely on the cards. Of the additional advantages, this is a consultant girl in the hall who helps with issues with terminals. It helps pensioners a lot))) And for those who understand where and how to "poke", it pleases that the queue at these terminals moves faster.

Why doesn't our bank have an information desk on the street?????? Endless queues are sometimes scary. I don't want to visit because of this. This is usually on "retirement days". Don't come in.
Otherwise, the employees are positive.
The service is good in most cases.

Trash, trash, and trash again. In general, I have a negative attitude towards this bank, and this branch is no exception. I've been here a couple of times, there's always a queue. The service also leaves much to be desired...
The bank is not bad. The downside is that there are always a lot of people there when the communal room is paid. Slowly and these tech breaks are endless, it's just terrible ☹️☹️
