It so happened that I arrived 10 minutes before the branch closed. I urgently needed to withdraw money from my passport account. One window worked for this operation, in which a very slow client was caught. The other happily accepted thanks from the client, in one case, the operation, you see, is not serviced. As a result, I had to stand for an hour and wait for the branch to open, because it would also take time to get to the other one.

It's not a bad bank branch. However, the room is not large and therefore there are often queues and sometimes jostling and confusion. The staff is competent.
