I had to pay for the services of Natarius. I went into this department, it was stuffy there and it was +20 on the street , a very small room, people really had nowhere to turn around, I caught a cold for 10 minutes while waiting for my turn, one window of only two was working, the time was 11 a.m., that is, far from lunch. I waited and went to another bank where it is comfortable for visitors. This room is ideal for an information kiosk, but not for people to work.
