Probably the most disgusting bank branch in the city. Everything is done very slowly, the services are scattered over several windows. Currency exchange in one window sucks queue, pay in another window, put on the card in the third window. I stood in line for currency exchange, I exchanged, I wanted to pay for communal services, the specialist sent me to pay for payments in another window, there the specialist said, you are NOT HERE, go to the info kiosk. Then why was I sent to pay in this window? I went to a specialist to help with the info kiosk, she also has a lot to do. In general, please decide how you take payments from people, and not just transfer them from one window to another and so on in a circle!!!

The staff of this department was so pleasant that I wanted to accept all their offers and conclude as many contracts as possible, but I was lucky that common sense prevailed in my mind and I refused.
