I have been familiar with Belarusbank since the 90s, when we had the American currency $, and there were practically no exchangers, once back then I turned here to find out what kind of money 100 Australian $ was, refused that it was only a meager penny, then the bank's payment cards appeared and since then Belarusbank has become permanent for me everything works well, the service is always on top, in general, everything is fine!
In the next store, on Lenin Street, there was no change at the checkout to give change for a purchase in this store. I ran to the bank branch to change the bill. Imagine my surprise that the bank branch refused to work with small change, as the consultant explained to me. I sent the bill to be changed two blocks later, i.e. to another branch of Belarusbank. As I understand it, the bank has made its work easier, and you citizens run around the city in search of a change. Although changing money is one of the bank's operations. Maybe we should also give up this little thing somehow, if the banks are already not working with it?
A bank branch after reconstruction. Designed in a modern style, electronic queue, modern equipment. Everything has become much better, the environment, accommodation and customer service, the location of workplaces.
A great bank. Convenient location. Modern and high-quality renovation. Polite staff. I constantly come here to make card payments. There is an ATM with the possibility of paying in cash.
Excellent redevelopment of the bank branch. Very attentive and courteous staff, consultant and specialists explain in detail the terms of banking transactions. There are almost always few people, no queues
Beautifully renovated and stylish branch.
However, all I wanted to do was go in and deposit cash into my friend's bank account.
I had cash, a passport, about two years of studying Russian (I have A2 level) and Google translate.
However, this was not enough, the bank could not fulfill this simple request, and this is the main thing that the bank should do.
And this is despite the fact that there are three employees in the bank and only I am one client.
I'll open an account with another bank.

They came to change dollars, did not accept banknotes in denominations of 50 and 100 dollars, there was no clear reason for the refusal. They gave other bills, agreed to change them, they didn't have any change, they were forced to transfer it to charity. We won't come again. In another bank, they changed all the bills without any problems. She didn't remember the last name of the operator, talked to us as if we were trying to give her fake money, complete disrespect.
Well, it's a shame. They decided to automate exchange operations, but you still need to go to a person who will say that they do not issue Belarusian coins, but they can transfer them to the phone. Why do other banks install automated exchangers that issue normally and without problems. The case when they wanted to keep up with the times, but they did it terribly
An excellent modern bank branch, sometimes there are queues for long-term operations at the cash desk, but in general, special attention is paid to self-service
The office after renovation is excellent. You can't compare it with the old one. They exchanged aunts for girls. Keyboards are clicking more cheerfully now. It remains to update the services themselves )
After the renovation, it became modern and fresh. It's nice to be here and serviced. But one of the ATMs still had to be taken out of the room to the street for the full convenience of customers, imho
Everything is very, very slow. The queue is for yourself, the arrogant customers are for themselves. And they are accepted, and you wait. Stuffy. And that's when it's cold outside. To sit down - there are not enough places for the whole queue. The manager is an amiable woman. This did not solve the problem. It's all sad
Three stars for repairs...It's very pretentious...I don't understand...to change the currency.I had to do too many manipulations...It is not clear why...
The tyranny of some employees in the windows is off the scale. For example, "I will not give you your passport so that you remember your signature to the last squiggle. But if you sign incorrectly, then I will refuse to serve you." What's that supposed to mean? Or another pearl: in order to compare my face with the photo in my passport, you can take off the mask, because it was asked by a bank employee. But the fact that I took off my mask for a second so that I could be heard better, I received the answer "put on the mask, or I will stop serving you!" Such disrespectful attitude towards customers is unacceptable in the center of Minsk. She came out of there like she was spat on... Only the consultant left a positive impression.
This is a bank back in the USSR. I thought banks strive to be modern, aimed at comfortable work and providing high-quality services. But this is not about this branch.
It is a shame to have such branches in the center of Minsk, and this is said by an ordinary person, what will a foreigner think?
