It's just a disgusting place. I understand everything, the priority, but in an empty room with two clients, I waited in line for 1 hour and 24 minutes. It's just that new clients and their tasks were prioritized more than my task. The most terrible attitude towards customers. My task? I wanted to get a card from their bank and become their customer, thanks for such negative advertising - I don't want any more)

Огромная очередь. Можно отдать более часа, чтобы попасть к кассиру. Для того, чтобы снизить очередь, нужно запускать больше касс. Одно отделение данного банка, поэтому и такие условия. Хотелось сменить график работы,хотя бы до 19.00
