The queue does not move, I came across such a case that a person came to the window and began to ask something, then it turned out that it was not she who was needed, but her daughter with a passport, as a result, the banker just sat waiting for her daughter and the queue did not move at all, just sat waiting :)))

It is difficult for me, a citizen of St. Petersburg, to give a high assessment of the appearance of this building. It just doesn't exist.
As for the staff, I found them polite and very provincial. Well, straight, in general!
This is good, because you get tired of pretentious rats in the banks of large cities, and a simple collective farm face brings a very contrasting variety and simplicity, which is certainly a plus for the general perception of tiny cities where beautiful Belarusians live.
