Scammers : I withdrew cash using a Russian bank card (the exchange rate on the display and website was 3.26 b.r. for 100 rubles. Russian)- no matter how I calculated more than 3.17 b.r. for 100 r.r. it did not work out. And this is without their interest for cashing out. My bank does not charge a commission when withdrawing an amount above a certain amount - I have withdrawn a lot more than it.
