A good department.The staff are VERY pleasant, polite, patient, intelligibly explaining and ready to help. Yes, there are queues. And where they don't happen. I have never come out of there with discontent yet. Everyone will always prompt, explain, and advise.

I like accessibility. Close to home. But that's also why there are long queues during rush hours. There is an information kiosk, but it would be more convenient if it were outside. There were no problems with the consultants, they all explain what is unclear.
