The only bank in the area of Dymki, Lyadishche and Lyadishche-2, and there is neither a street ATM nor an information kiosk to deposit money on a card. The most terrible attitude towards the population. I've come in during their working hours, but they're closed. Dear bank administration, we kindly ask you to make an information kiosk to replenish the card ON the STREET!!!

I stood in line the whole time, but in the end they didn't serve me. They told me to wait. I waited another 15 minutes just like that. Although I just had to put money on the card. What is done in 1-2 minutes.

I constantly use the services of this branch of Belarusbank. I can't say that everything is fine. Rather, it's good. The staff is attentive and sensitive, competent and experienced, there are no complaints about them-for many years of communication we know each other as good neighbors. The room is free, clean and comfortable. But... computer equipment fails quite often at workplaces and in the gym. On some days (on the days of payment of housing and communal services, ... ), it is not the fault of the staff that there is a congestion of customers. Accepting payments only at one workplace (during a 15-minute technical break and this operator is not working)- as a result, the queue accumulates. And the bank terminal does not accept cash, it only works with cards. But... the main thing is People, and they are wonderful in the workplace! And they also work according to the principle-the main thing for them is People! The assessment of the bank branch is GOOD! Thanks!

Add an info kiosk to top up the card balance, to put money on the card (takes a minute) you need to stand in 2 queues of pensioners for half an hour (((And there are a lot of people who want to top up the card balance!
