I really like the staff. They quickly find an approach to their clients. They work quickly (unless the equipment is hanging) and a quick selection for obtaining a loan for any purpose.

The employees are not very polite, they are not at home, there are always long queues, the bill acceptor is old in the info kiosk, it slows down and makes a frightening sound.

Polite staff, never seen queues, there is an information kiosk inside and outside. A significant drawback is the absence of an ATM outside, including with the function of replenishing a bank card with cash
