We came to get a certificate, they told us that 1 window only gives out and offered to wait 20 minutes. We waited and eventually called the person after us. We clarified why we were allowed in. As a result, a specialist came out and said that she had 3 clients on loan, allegedly waiting a long time. And they explained that the certificate would be issued only after 3 days, although the main office said it would be issued on the spot. I do not recommend a branch for receiving documents
