It's just the worst bank in the city. I received the card and waited for almost an hour. I stood in line for 20 minutes for an electronic queue ticket, because the terminal was very buggy, and the consultants threw up their hands.

The housing lending department is 5+, everything was explained in an accessible way, all questions were answered competently. New products are offered on payment cards, they talk about promotions. I am very pleased with this department.
There are always huge queues. But the work of the administrator is on the level. He will tell you everything, show you and help you. Everything is fast. I was satisfied.
There was a misunderstanding with the consultant in the service room, but the bank manager, a very nice man, called me back, listened to my vision of the situation and apologized for his employee. It is immediately clear that the bank values every customer and is ready to fight for him. This circumstance pleased me and my opinion changed for the better about this branch.
