Literally the worst bank imaginable, operating 0/10 terminals and bill acceptors. The number of working windows is 0/10. The staff's work rate is 0/10. I'd rather pay any commission at any bank, but I'll never go to this bank.

Not the best bank, long queues, for individuals:1 and 2 windows.1. lunch is from 12:00 to 13:00, is there really no one to replace, one at lunch, another to work as a substitute.👎

I have been living in Vitebsk for 12 years and this branch of the bank is my favorite from the very first days I came across wonderful staff, polite , professional. And, despite the fact that the composition has changed, to this day the best specialists work in the department. Thanks
