And we, the bank's users, need to treat everything adequately and, most importantly, positively and with a smile.
Be more positive people and we will all be fine on the whole.
The bank's staff are always polite and friendly, they will always prompt, explain and show you everything, and if they don't know something, they will find out, then they will call you back and tell you and prompt you again. When communicating with other banks, I do not remember that a bank employee called me back on a matter of interest a day after my conversation with the consultant. Also, I do not remember a single case in Belarusbank where I received text messages intended for another person about the movement of his funds (I will not name this bank, otherwise they will be offended).
In general, our BB is the best in the country. 🤓
A wonderful information kiosk just "squeezed" my money, so nothing was credited to the account!!! You need to apply for a refund and wait! And how long to wait and whether they will be returned at all is still a moot point!!! And the bank is not responsible for the information kiosks! And no one cares! We will collect your money in 5 seconds and return it... maybe in a month, or maybe we won't return it at all! It smacks of a lawsuit! This is the first time I've encountered such a situation in many years! And by the way, they also tried to make me look guilty, allegedly I inserted the bills wrongly, not according to the rules. The game is full!!!
And yes - they call this story A CONTROVERSIAL SITUATION!!! I still don't understand who is arguing with whom! I don't have any money, and whether they will be returned to me is a CONTROVERSIAL SITUATION!!! P.S.
If there is no refund of my funds, get ready for a lawsuit! Because there have been repeated cases of refusal to refund!
