Belarusbank is basically a place with poor work organization and slow service, but Belarusbank during a pandemic is a quiet horror. And this department is normal and does not work at normal times. There is little space, there is no electronic queue, it is unclear how the cash registers work. Swearing is constantly due to the observance of the queue and order. During an unstable epidemiological situation, there is little space, they do not keep a distance, people huddle in the hall, there are no announcements about the number of people in the hall, employees have no desire to take care of the safety of themselves and visitors.
The operating mode is inconvenient, there is no ATM.
I do not recommend visiting this department. And contact another bank in general, they will serve you faster and more politely.
There is a great lack of electronic queue, constant confusion in the queue, who was behind whom! And the staff is nice and attentive. If there were fewer visitors, everything would be fine. And so the hassle, make an electronic queue and everyone will be calmer!
The trouble with all banks is that they work until 19, and Saturday and Sunday are days off, exactly when working people can do business. There are no ATMs, I was near the Western Market - they closed it.
