As in any bank, if there is a "season" of payments, there are a lot of people and queues. Consultants always help. On the downside, there is often a crowded information kiosk on weekends (which is outside). If you need to replenish your card urgently, in 80% of cases, there is no way to do this.

When I applied to open a card, they refused me, saying we need information about where you got the money from, but I can't provide these information! I am a citizen of another country and work remotely. Moreover, they give me a form to fill out, although my friend, also like me, is not a citizen of Belarus, came, they gave him this card! I didn't like this bank very much.
