I had to wait 50 minutes for my turn at the cash register, only one cash register was working. The staff said that the program was running slowly. One member of the queue was served for 30 minutes. + There is no vending machine that issues numbers in the queue, because of this there is confusion about who was behind whom.
For the elderly, everything is very difficult, bank cards and payment via banking, 80 percent do not know how to use them to get to the checkout in long queues.
There is lunch, and nowadays it is very inconvenient!!!after all, you can review the operating mode of each window.
