In the only information kiosk, as usual, there is a queue of 10 people, mostly foreign students, and every time, as for the first time, they try to fight this diabolical device, which of course stretches the waiting time indefinitely. At the same time, a consultant, manager, or whatever they call her, is standing next to her, yawning lazily, pretending not to notice, instead of coming up, helping and dispersing the queue. It's a mess and an outrage.
A great branch right at the exit of the subway. In general, like everyone else. There are restrooms for visitors, as well as children's corners where your child can draw or play while you solve your questions.

Terrible squad! To find a specialist, you need to walk through the maze of the bank! Is it really so difficult to put signs where the office is located? By the time you find the right window, they already call the next person in turn and wait again! All the specialists are sitting in different rooms like in a den, it's hard to navigate and not rush to help, they sit on a chair and look around until you walk back and forth past the eyes and ask yourself!!! There are other departments where specialists are friendly and courteous, always conduct and prompt!
It is also impossible to pass from the street, the passages from the subway are inconvenient, also repairs, you climb a high staircase in vain, then kiss the fence and come back!!! Again, there are no signs anywhere that repair work is underway and you need to go around on the other side!

Those operations that were carried out for 30-40 minutes in other departments were carried out here for 4 hours, you need to wait 10-15 minutes for control... I advise the management to retrain the staff as soon as possible. Or disperse this desk and make a kindergarten in this building, it actually is there now, but the building is not used for its intended purpose!!!

Being a user of the Clientbank PC and a Belarusbank client (IE), I am very dissatisfied with the work of the online service and, accordingly, with the managers. Clientbank is extremely illogical, buggy and outdated software. With regard to documents, it is easier to come to the Regional Administration than to fill out an online application and consult on its completion. Not only will they not help you, they will mislead you and the task, which, thanks to "specialists" and "convenient software" should be completed quickly, will be delayed for several days.
You will only find out about the opening hours and lunch time when you arrive at the bank itself. There is no information on the site. There is no sorting of the usual branches from the Central bank and regional ones.
Everything works on the principle of "you need it, you get it."
I do not recommend it!!!
