A lot of hidden fees. Opening an account is supposedly super profitable, but then you have to pay a commission to the bank for "account transactions".
It is impossible to close the account normally. For this, you need to pay 70 rubles and go in person, or pay 25 rubles for account transactions and equalize the account to zero balance, only then they will close you within six months (unless they come up with new commissions).
Everything is conservative. The personal account is a quiet horror. No one knows about the presence of the basic design in this bank.
To access the office, you need a USB flash drive and special software. At the same time, you will not be able to use the bank on MacBooks and devices without a USB connector. You will be informed about this after signing

Who roughly practically pushed me out of the lobby of the bank, arguing that they work from 9.00. As a result, there was an unpleasant aftertaste and a spoiled mood. Everything can be explained and come to an understanding by communicating politely and respectfully to each other. But apparently, this does not apply to the protection of this bank. Don't set foot here anymore.
I've been calling the bank for an hour now, it's impossible to get through. There is only one phone operator for such a large department and it is constantly busy. It's an outrage.
