It was opened after renovation. The information kiosks are placed as irrationally as possible. The queue for them prevents people from going to the windows or sofas to wait. People jostle and get in each other's way. Their location used to be better. But the place for the head is as spacious as possible, and let the people crowd.
There are two information kiosks and for some reason there is one queue, and it was not the people who decided, but the consultant girl, arguing that the devices are the same. But never mind that there are TWO of them! And here, their design and software are the same. As a result, the queue for information kiosks accumulates until the consultant helps someone, then someone, and people who know how to use them have to stand and wait for an hour, because there's only one queue. Terrible repairs, service and attitude!
