I replenished the card in the information kiosk, which is located in the branch, for 40 rubles. Only 20 rubles were credited. I didn't check it right away, left without a receipt and lost 20 rubles out of the blue.!

Convenient location 50 meters from the metro station. Knowledgeable and courteous staff. ATM and information kiosk on the street. There are several information kiosks inside.

It is a very small room, which is why it is not very comfortable. But the few times I've been here, my questions have been resolved quickly enough. Thanks for that. There is an information kiosk inside, and consulting staff help make payments. The work schedule is not the best, especially since they do not work on Saturday. But there is an ATM and an information kiosk outside, which work around the clock, but very often there are decent queues.
