There are questions with the staff. There is no clear understanding of what is required of them. There are also a lot of people because of the distant location of each other's branches in this area, and there are a lot of new houses

It was necessary to make several transactions with the accounts. In the evening on a working day, the queue is minimal, they were accepted quickly, consulted in detail, and offered the best options. Yulia Vladimirovna and her colleagues, my compliments.
A bad impression. There are cashiers who ask to count on the calculator of customers) they themselves do not know anything about paying for loans. I killed half an hour of time. The repairs were done, it would be better if employees with financial education were taken, and not from the street.

There was very good and cultural service, the couple quickly helped to pay everything!
Terrible service. Monday 15:00, the workload in the bank is 35 people, 4 cash desks are open. It is unclear how the number calling system works. Some are skipped, people selectively stand for an hour. I stood for 30 minutes, it turned out that the queue in their program somehow miraculously missed my number and had to take it again.
A standard bank branch. It's quite cramped. There are few places to wait. They work slowly. The staff is polite. The administrator in the hall helps to pay at the terminal. There is no parking.
A good bank without queues, with several cash desks and a specialist always working in the hall. They will consult and serve you. Quickly and without too much fuss.
The room for the bank is not convenient, the queues are sometimes large, but they try to work.
I am editing the review. I went in on November 19 to buy currency, immediately at the entrance, the attendant in the hall abruptly attacked me with a demand to put on a mask. It was very strange, because I had a knitted cotton sweater collar on my face up to eye level. Everywhere, in any institution, I was served in this form without any problems. While I was waiting for my turn, the attendant hissed at me like a snake every two minutes (sorry, but I can't find any other words), threatened to call security. The cashier at cashier 3, at the direction of the attendant, did not serve me, said the same phrases 1:1 as her boss. I had to leave the bank and buy currency from a nearby bank without any problems at all. Yes, I will add, while I was standing in line, I heard how this very person on duty "helped" elderly customers to make payments at the terminal, while she used such phrases as "don't you see what is written on the button?", "well, I told you several times!", "Do you hear what I'm saying to you?". And all this in a rude, humiliating tone.
Question to the director of the bank, who are you hiring? In the name of observing some imaginary order, is it necessary to humiliate customers like this?
The bank's branch does not stand out in any special way- Belarusbank is everywhere, in all branches - a high level of service, Excellent organization of the process, I invite you!
A small office in size, there is a terminal for electronic queuing in a narrow passage at the entrance to the hall, there are waiting areas + self-service terminals with a bill acceptor. The cashiers are polite, the girl consultant is also ready to answer any questions.
Not bad, but it always takes a long time to wait.
A normal bank branch , an electronic queue , but there are few cash desks for servicing , so you often have to sit in line for a long time , but there are chairs )
Despite the large volume of work and the number of visitors, I would like to note the good work of the staff of branch No. 154 of branch 514 of Belarusbank. If necessary, they patiently explain the necessary information and always provide qualified assistance. I would like to express special gratitude to Nikitina Yana Vladimirovna for her humane attitude towards her clients. Sincerely, Elena
