Good afternoon. Today I ordered a certificate, which, unfortunately, is being prepared in this bank for 5 working days. I was served by Kulikova Elena Valeryevna. I needed to get a certificate today. Elena Valeryevna explained absolutely everything regarding the time frame for obtaining a certificate. She promised to make every effort to shorten the time for me to receive the document!!! And so- I was amazed!!!! Just a couple of hours- and....I have my certificate. Thank you so much for the individual approach to each client!!!! Special thanks for the very tactful attitude of Kulikova.V.!!!!

You can get any banking services quickly and efficiently in a short time. I especially liked paying utility bills here, which are not charged for, since this is Belarusbank. And I was able to do this quite quickly during lunch time without seeing a crowd of pensioners, because of which sometimes I have to sit in other branches of the bank for at least an hour.
