They immediately warned that the Internet would only work in the lobby, but I was able to find a place in the room (on the 5th floor), where it somehow worked, at least there were enough messengers.

In the room, despite the low temperature outside, the batteries became warm only in the morning, I had to sleep in my clothes. I wanted to put one star in general,

We spent the night in a room with a rather outdated interior. As they say, from the times of the USSR. Although, maybe there are rooms with different comfort levels... it's just that we spent the night as part of a bus tour group, so I admit that we were not given the best options. But anyway, the numbers from the last era are there. Therefore, the exact assessment will be decided by the price of the room, which we did not know. In general, if the price for such a room (apparently the lowest of their category) is 35 rubles per person (we were in a double room), then this is still tolerable.
And so the room has standard equipment: refrigerator, TV, hair dryer, double bed (good, and good linen, pillows are so-so), combined bathroom. the node (small, the shower cabin is cramped).

The staff is not responsible, they mixed up the breakfast time for a group of 30 people. The manager is not competent, solves problematic issues for a very long time, although she apologizes very much, but there is no sense in it. I do not recommend this hotel for accommodation!

I have never seen such dirt in a room in any hotel!!! It seems that the cleaning has not been done for a year. The room is very shabby, there are only 2 glasses from the dishes. The doors do not close tightly, they are skewed and rattle as if glass is about to fly out. Breakfast was in a nearby cafe: not a delicious sausage, omelet, sandwich and empty tea.

And this is the Belarus Hotel -dear director of this institution, tell me, is this how the guests of our country should see and represent Belarus? We lived in an apartment, a strange room. It consists of a bedroom, a living room, a dining room and a kitchen, 2 bathrooms. There is a refrigerator in the kitchen, a microwave, so you can't cook much... in the same building there is a restaurant with a disco and basses are hitting your ears and hoods are making noise until the morning. I couldn't get enough sleep…The staff is pleasant and helpful.

They won't turn around in the bathroom. One of the two outlets had to be caught, otherwise the phone refused to charge. Wi-Fi is weak. Shower gel is missing only shampoo. The rooms are very hot in summer, there is no air conditioning. The barmaid at the breakfast in the cafe was not friendly and muttered to herself - which everyone came at the same time. As I wrote earlier, it fully corresponds to the category but absolutely does not correspond to the price.
