We were at the New Year holidays. After the session, everyone was taken outside, many were with children and did not have time to dress themselves and dress the children. I asked for a complaint book, but they didn't give it to me, arguing that there are such fire safety rules in the cinema. Surprisingly, in other cinemas, people are allowed to quietly go out into a warm room despite these "rules", the existence of which is already questionable. The manager begged me not to leave a complaint so that the staff would not be scolded, did not give me a book of complaints, and then, when I asked about the availability of a restroom, she suggested that I go to the toilet for the disabled.. To summarize: the behavior of the staff is inadequate, I hope that the management will get acquainted with this comment and carry out the work. In the meantime, I don't advise anyone, there are many wonderful cinemas in Minsk with a human attitude.
