I don't recommend it. This is the only bank that rolled out some sick card debt to me a month later, which, by the way, I found out about completely by accident, just by logging into my personal account.
When I came to ask what it was, they told me it was "exchange differences." At the same time, the cashier and the operator had completely different debt figures, and I had a third one in the application. No one could explain anything to me, and no one could give me an extract with the amount that was required for repayment (more than the amount that was available in the mobile application). Allegedly, they have not been held somewhere else.
In short, it's utter nonsense. At the same time, the card that I paid for at 100% of its value was stupidly taken from me and cut before the account was closed (the bank account was closed after a couple of weeks).
But almost a year has passed since the events described above. On the same day, I applied to 3 other banks and opened mir cards for myself. Over the past year, I have not had any questions about conversions, any surcharges, etc.
Therefore, I can come to the conclusion that they are stirring up something in their bank.
I do not recommend going here to exchange currency, they did not accept the dollar, they argued that some kind of spot under ultraviolet light was half a millimeter. There were no problems at the other bank.
The ATM is open around the clock. You can not only withdraw, but also put money into the account. You can change the currency (also around the clock, through an ATM)
