The bank is disgusting. Yesterday 12.12.24 I went to the bank to exchange currency. On the scoreboard in the lobby hung the rate of purchase 3.427 prod.3.514 The same thing is on the APB website. I went to the cashier at 14.30 time. The cashier took the currency, checked and exchanged it at the rate of 3.397 which was on 11.12.24. I immediately asked her a question, why are you changing at an undervalued rate? And she replied, Sorry, the database has not been changed and began to quickly change this database. And she told me That you were standing, I calculated you correctly. The database changed at 14.35, and you changed it at 14.30. I will never use the APB in Drogicin again and I do not recommend it to others. There are liars sitting there.
The organization of the bank's work at the lowest level. It's a pity to realize, but the speed of its functioning is close to a snail's pace. Suggestions for improving processes are ignored as if they don't exist at all. It is impossible to perform a currency exchange operation in 5, 15, or 30 minutes. People who turn to consultants go straight to the checkout, while those waiting in line just silently observe the inefficiency of the system and leave with dissatisfaction.
We waited for a whole hour, and we are grateful only to those who left before us. An attempt to contact a consultant with a proposal to open one cash register for holders of exchange coupons and a second one for those who are redirected by consultants was met with misunderstanding. The lack of professionalism of the staff is amazing, and the whole atmosphere seems to be striving for the highest level of absurdity.
Watching the work of the bank, it was interesting to see how the consultant solves personal issues without being distracted by clients, which clearly demonstrated the level of this organization.
PLEASE teach your staff HOW TO WORK, the currency exchange operation lasted for half an hour, but my turn did not advance a single number! I don't understand, do girls count on a calculating machine or do they type very slowly? Maybe it's not worth working for such staff then? Maybe you need to conduct a prof. checking employees for compliance with their jobs? Because it is simply impossible to work at such a speed and there are clearly violations.

The worst bank. The interest on loans is not much higher. Queues. Queues. And another queue. The service is very slow. The feeling that I got into some kind of sleepy realm where no one is in a hurry
Very slow. I waited for about an hour to change the money. There were a lot of jobs, one cash register was working, the others were at lunch. Excellent repair, everything is beautiful and the work is organized as in the USSR.
