I would like to contact a representative of a "wonderful" bank and express my dissatisfaction with ATMs. All predensions are related to the city of Slutsk.
1. The year 2025 is approaching, did your operating system for ATMs and information kiosks get stuck in 2010 or stuck in the year when they started releasing these boxes called ATM?
2. Honestly, when was the last time you did an update?
3. Are you a representative of the bank, have you ever withdrawn money from your ATM or tried to pay for services?
4. What grade do you rate your device for?
5. Here's the question:
What does the bank's profit go to?
If your clients have no questions over 60.
Normal advanced people and modern organizations will not work with you.
You should improve the quality of service for individuals and legal entities, and not force them to go to other modern banks.
6. Your ATM and info kiosk software can bring elderly people and people with weak nervous systems to an uneven breakdown.
7. Did your people record the time spent on cash withdrawals per client? Have you compared it with other ATMs?
8. How much time does it take to pay for operations?
9. Did you record how many people are in line at a certain time, did nothing bother you?
10. A common mistake of the information kiosk for performing cash transactions.
Have you looked at the statistics on refunds to customers at all, have you counted the number of refund applications?
If not, I recommend that you take up statistics and ask competent employees why this is happening.
Your "technique" spends the personal time of people and your employees writing a refund application. The application is written on paper for a moment. Your archive is rubber for storing unnecessary waste paper, now all banks are switching to the electronic version.
11. I advise you to at least do something to improve the service, at least connect ATMs and information kiosks.
Now about my situation, what happened on 09/13.24.
I'm kind of an experienced user, I wanted to pay for the service in cash in the info kiosk.
A person in front of me paid for the service in cash, it took him 25 minutes (of course I thought to leave, but the circumstances).
I approach to perform the operation, and then it gives an error, I think it's fine, I'm lucky that I lost only 100 rubles.
And I remember that the same situation already happened with a difference of half a year, but then I was no longer lucky there were 200-300 rubles. Even then I really wanted to write a complaint, my anger knew no bounds. The money is returned within 2 weeks. The bank's employees offer to become a client, I said God forbid. If someone is reading, ask them to give you cash. Personally, I have never had problems with other banks, transactions take place in a matter of seconds.
Your bank is one of the worst banks in terms of:
- service speeds
- the operating system
- ATMs, etc.
- the time of operations.
Your bank is only for extreme pensioners.
Dear administrator of the bank for processing reviews, do not send me a template response, it would be good for your management to see my review. Thank you.
I have never met a worse bank in my life! There are a lot of people all the time, but only two cash desks work, if someone has nothing to do in life then you definitely go to this bank and stand in the middle. I do not advise anyone who needs $ to buy there, since then you simply will not be able to change them anywhere in the Republic of Belarus!
