When exchanging currency, the criteria for bills as for a flight into space, according to the cashier, bills should be directly from under the printing press and stored in a vacuum, good bills are constantly rejected, looking under a microscope and finding small nuances that an ordinary person is not able to externally see, all bills were removed from an ATM. In other banks, such a problem is not observed, they always accept it without problems.

08/10/2023 I applied to the bank to replenish the deposit in foreign currency. The girl issued me a receipt and told me to wait, since only 1 cash register is open and she is on a technical break. After looking at the work schedule in 1 hour, the same ticket office closes for lunch. This is how to understand, 1 cash register works and with those breaks))))
