The building is large, new and modern, but most of it is the administration, and the customer department is small, so the entire infrastructure is designed primarily for employees: for them there is a huge parking lot, including in front of the entrance, and for customers parking is microscopic, besides along the avenue, from which to leave and/or going to a U-turn (turn left) on such a busy 5-lane avenue is a task with an asterisk, especially during rush hour, it is impossible to drive closer to the entrance under the barrier (only for employees), therefore it is better not to go there with disabled and elderly people!!! Etc....!!!

Everything is fine quickly and clearly, the electronic queue has a place to sit down if you need to wait... but parking a car is a big problem. therefore, if you drive a car and where there is a place to park in advance, it is probably better to drive a little too far than then run into circles
A large spacious room. We were surprised by the magic chairs) very comfortable for waiting. I was there on a weekday morning. The queue is moving fast enough. We work a lot of cash registers
Individuals are served very slowly. There has been a queue for an hour or more for 3 times already. There are many windows that are not working. The staff themselves are polite.
