Totally not customer-oriented. They are always right and it is impossible to prove something. Once they introduced interest for transfers to other cards, they charged me interest retroactively from the moment of the type of introduction, and they're still right. There's nothing to prove. To arrange something, the list of necessary documents is huge. There is a lot of bureaucracy, like a large, unwieldy government structure. They don't care about an individual's opinion. It's the 21st century outside, and to order a card, you need to drive with your feet to the branch, twice. The card is paid for through the app. Although it should be the other way around. At the same time, they bend their line with a smile. I would not advise the enemy.

After all, the bank does not work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), but why? 2) The algorithm for selecting people. If you need to pick up a card, take your time, because you will be served by two mortgage lenders, people who take out loans, because it's much faster for them, isn't it? 3) the most expensive thing. The end of the working day. After all, the closer the end of the working day gets, the more movements are made in order to serve fewer people. Today it was like this. There are 4 windows open, one closed an hour before the end (3 left). One window takes people from the end, because they need more (there are 2 left). Well, 10 people are sitting in two windows in an hour, 3 were served, and slowly.

The building is large, new and modern, but most of it is the administration, and the customer department is small, so the entire infrastructure is designed primarily for employees: for them there is a huge parking lot, including in front of the entrance, and for customers parking is microscopic, besides along the avenue, from which to leave and/or going to a U-turn (turn left) on such a busy 5-lane avenue is a task with an asterisk, especially during rush hour, it is impossible to drive closer to the entrance under the barrier (only for employees), therefore it is better not to go there with disabled and elderly people!!! Etc....!!!

The call center also answered a direct question, as in the joke about fleas. At least for the umpteenth time it was possible to connect the service (by the way, the service was not initially connected by a specialist, apparently he was also busy with more important things at work). Here, on Zhukov 3, everything was done in two minutes.

Very slow service. I wrote an application to protest the operation. The commission is 20p. They didn't have the card with them, for some reason they couldn't write it off from the account, the specialist said. I withdrew 20 rubles from my account at the checkout. The commission for this is 3 rubles. I paid for it. To finally see in the evening that 20p was withdrawn from my account! Is it even adequate? Specialists do not know either the bank's tariffs or the capabilities of their own bank!

On all issues, a complete failure. 1) Opening hours are up to 17.00 (sometimes up to 16.00) 2) If you manage to "arrive" half an hour before closing, you get to the "tail" of a huge queue, and you are certainly served last (or almost) and already naturally far (min. 15-20) after closing. There is a huge probability (almost 99.9%) that when servicing in a hurry, the evil cashier will make a mistake. But you won't notice this mistake right away, but on the street at a closed door. Try to repeat this quest tomorrow, take time off from work earlier and get to the bank ... 3) After 17.00, the "scoop" system is triggered. The barn lock is hung up and everyone goes home. The Online Banking application remains useless. The photo confirms this. The correspondence is conducted with himself, i.e. the question goes nowhere ... I do not recommend it!

0 stars!!! on 10/22/2021 at 15.02 Belagroprombank arrived (rate 2.4180) at Zhukov Ave., 3 because there was the most profitable dollar purchase rate. There were 7 people in front of me, 1, 2, 4,11,12 windows worked (maybe more) after waiting 35 minutes, only 2 clients were invited!!! After a long wait, the bank's consultant announces: Dear customers, the exchange rate is changing at 15.45! there were 7 minutes left before the course change, the course changed as much as 2.4100, which completely upset me.  Having three children, I wasted precious time for me, not to mention business people for whom time is money. I arrived at another bank, there were 56 people in front of me: 40 minutes and I waited for my turn. Belagroprombank specialists at 3 Zhukov Ave. !!! What are you doing there? I don't need your apologies - teach your Belagroprombank specialists at 3 Zhukov Ave. to be active!!!
