Does not work. I come to this department to find out why it doesn't work. They reply that everything is connected. To the question "why don't I see this?" they begin to crumple, say something incomprehensible, find out when and what payments I made in order to look at my database. They explain something that transfers from someone else's card to their card are displayed as a refund and SMS does not arrive. In general, there is no clarity. When asked to set up a normal tariff, inarticulate conversations continue. As a result, the logic is that there is a card, there is a contract, the service is connected, but it does not work and these are just my problems. But you pay the money...
